嘻，對不起，本來換工作的空檔有時間來研究，
結果都在忙搬家。
其實就是我在推文中說的那個Design Guide,
在任何的模擬軟體中，電路無論是differential或是singel-ended
都可以用balun或是transformer來做source/load的single-ended/differential轉換，
如果是ideal voltage source的話，建議用transformer，
如果是port的話，則是balun比較好
所以你的case的話，只要在你的differential VCO的output那裡加上
ADS中的Balun3Port或是Balun4Port把differential
轉成single-ended即可
小弟認為取單邊和取differential的時候phase noise應該會不一樣，
所謂的phase noise是低頻雜訊造成零位準會漂，
所以會有不正確的zero-crossing，
小弟認為在取differential的時候，
會把common-mode的低頻雜訊減掉，所以我猜會比取單邊來的小
